Dear Local Gourmands,
Drop everything and get yourself to the farm, friends! I’m talkin’ about the farm at P.S. 1, that is. On Saturday we went to Warm Up with some dance, some art, and of course to get a glimpse of all those barrels of greens growing heaven-ward in Long Island City. You really have to see it to believe it.
In the mean time, it seems the most happening ticket in town this week (for those of us still in the city going to work each day) is the produce itself. The events have cooled off, but the stone fruit is in season. Enjoy your apricots and your summer reading.
As always, happy grazing,
